    Am I going to be charged duties and taxes?

    Custom Cable do charge taxes on all products that are sold to customers in the UK and all EU countries. However, you may be located outside of the EU and therefor VAT is not neccessary and we ask all customers who do live outside the EU to use coupon code "VATFREE" in order to deduct the VAT from their order. Duties may have to be paid but this depends on the policy of your local customs office.
    We recommend that you contact your local customs or postal office for additional and more detailed information on this issue.

    Tips for safe online shopping

    Protect your password by making it difficult to guess. Anyone who knows your password can access your account. Make sure that when you checkout there is a padlock sign appearing in the corner of your browser or that that address bar shows https://www.custom-cable.co.uk. We recommend that when ordering on a shared computer that you log out of our website when you leave the computer.

    If I place an order, how long will it take to get to me?

    Custom Cable carry a large amount of stock and we will always endeavour to get items to you as soon as possible and will only charge your card once the goods have physically been sent to the delivery address that you have requested when going through the checkout procedure. If you are purchasing a cable from us, such as speaker cable then there is a possibility that there may be a slightly longer lead time as this will likely be a custom order and we will be reliant upon the manufacturer to make the cable once we have placed the order with them. Please be aware however that Custom Cable will keep you updated about the status of your order at all times through the customer area.
