ShawlineX speaker cable is based around Chord Rumour / RumourX – a favourite for 20+ years. The conductors are silver-plated, insulated with XLPE and arranged in a twisted pair configuration. To produce Chord ShawlineX, Chord have taken the existing conductor layout, added a specially chosen PVC internal jacket to reduce mechanical noise, before applying the same high density, dual-layer foil and braid shield that are used on the high-end Chord Epic.

Please note this is a SINGLE WIRE cable. For a stereo pair (left / right), please order two (x2) units.

Length Options

Chord ShawlineX is available at £30.00 per-metre (ex-VAT), in any length up to 50 metres.

Lengths of 1.00 - 20.00 metres may be ordered directly using the purchase options above, or an entire drum of 50.00 metres. For all other lengths please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Termination Options

Chord ShawlineX can be supplied unterminated, or we can terminate each end of your cable with any of the following connectors:

• CCS 4 mm Banana Plugs (Pair)
• CCS 8 mm Spade Connectors (Pair)
• CCS Combicon Connectors (Pair)
• Chord Ohmic 4 mm Banana Plugs (Pair)

Termination Cost

The price for our professional termination service includes the cost of your chosen connectors, plus labour and materials.
