The P75 is a complete phono solution in one compact unit. It is user-adjustable and will handle virtually any type of cartridge on the market. The performance is excellent, with extreme RIAA accuracy, very low noise and outstanding dynamic range.

The P75 incorporates a unique feature called Phono Enhancer (PE) which extracts the current signal, improve the magnetic field in the cartridge itself, which in turn provides an even more musical performance.

The new P75 MK4.1 has a completely redesigned power architecture using USB PD (Power Delivery) provides provides superior performance, noise isolation, enhanced safety, and increased energy efficiency and meets international standards.

Operating at 1 MHz, the internal power supply sits well above all audio frequencies, effectively eliminating hum and interference.

The MK4.1 also has a steep rolloff subsonic filter that effectively removes the effects of turntable rumble and warped records.

USB-PD

USB-PD is a modern, universal fast-charging / power supply standard built on USB-C. Unlike old power adaptors that only deliver a fixed output voltage, USB-PD can provide a wide range of voltages and power levels — from just a few watts up to hundreds.

It is a smart system: the device and the power adaptor negotiate the exact voltage and current required. In our case, the P75 MK4.1 requests what it needs, and the USB-PD adaptor provides stable, regulated power.

Common Questions

Q: Can we use an existing USB charger, AC adaptor, or linear power supply?
A: No. Older adaptors are not “smart” and cannot negotiate power. The P75 mk4.1 will not power up.

Q: Will a high-end linear PSU or speciality USB-C cable improve the sound?
A: No. The P75 mk4.1 includes its own ultra-low-noise internal power system that completely isolates and regenerates the incoming power. USB-PD adaptors already meet strict performance requirements by design — which is one of the reasons Dynavector adopted the standard.
